I don't know how to see my spirit guides; to see auras; to access the psychic realm. I keep trying and don't make any progress. It’s so frustrating. How do I do it?
Do you know how to make your heart beat? Or make your lungs breathe? Or make your blood circulate?
There’s a power in the Universe that knows; a force in which you live, move and have your being.
It knows how.
Stop trying . . . just BE.
